JPMorgan Chase & Co. has appointed Charlie Jacobs as its new co-head of UK investment banking, alongside David Lomer. Mr. Jacobs, who has been senior partner and chairman at law firm Linklaters since 2016 and has long focused on M&A, will succeed Ed Byers who has been promoted to vice chairman of UK investment banking.
